support Medicaid claims processing for the State of West
Virginia.
Key Responsibilities
Gather requirement details and test claims using QNXT
applications
Coordinate the business analyst team's activities and mentor junior
members
Analyze and document business processes to align with technology
goals
Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role, with 3+ years in
Medicaid claims processing
Proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel
Strong experience with QNXT and claims configuration
Experience in testing and requirements gathering
Knowledge of computer programming concepts related to configuration
and development
