Job Description:

A company is looking for a Digital Forensics Consultant to conduct forensic investigations on data collection practices.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct forensic investigations on cookies, pixels, and tracking technologies
Collaborate with law firms to analyze data collection processes in lawsuits
Prepare detailed forensic reports and assess legality of data captured by organizations

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
Extensive experience in digital forensics with a focus on data privacy and compliance
Strong understanding of cookies, pixels, and web tracking technologies
Knowledge of privacy laws and regulations such as GDPR and CCPA
Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CIPP, or GCFA are a plus
