Job Description:

A company is looking for a Sr Analyst Business Process Transactions to handle regulator and consumer complaints regarding life insurance products.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute business process transactions and collaborate with team members
Assist in process improvement initiatives and data analysis
Ensure compliance with established quality standards and support performance targets

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
Typically 3+ years of relevant work experience, with a minimum of 1 year in a similar role
Experience in business process management and optimization
Life insurance administration experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
