Job Description:
A company is looking for an Analyst, Servicing Appraisal QC.
Key Responsibilities
Review the value credibility and compliance of servicing appraisals
for residential properties
Research and stay updated on appraisal industry guidelines and
trends
Maintain records and databases related to property valuations and
quality assurance procedures
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High School Diploma or GED required; four-year college degree
preferred
Licensed/Certified Appraiser with at least five years of appraisal
review experience
At least one year of experience in servicing, default, and/or
foreclosure appraisals preferred
Experience using Collateral Underwriter to assess valuation
credibility preferred
Active or recently expired State Licensed or Certified
Appraiser
