Job Description:

A company is looking for a Healthcare Economics Consultant specializing in Network Pricing and Hospital Contracting.

Key Responsibilities

Support contract negotiations and unit-cost pricing initiatives for institutional providers
Create financial and network pricing models, and perform data extraction and analysis
Research data quality issues and develop reporting tools to identify trends and variances

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience in healthcare data analytics and provider payment methodologies
2+ years of experience working with hospital claims data and medical coding
Experience in network pricing or finance
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and basic proficiency in SQL
Experience with large data sets and financial modeling in Excel
