This team performs concrete packages for projects within the multifamily, senior living, hospitality, healthcare, etc. market sectors.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities of the Chief Operations Officer (COO):

• Provide leadership and direction for all operational activities including project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Oversee day-to-day operations for multiple projects, ensuring quality control, timeline adherence, and cost management.
• Establish and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices across the company to drive efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure that all operations comply with local, state, and federal regulations as well as company safety standards.
• Work closely with the executive team to set and achieve long-term business goals, including expanding into new markets or service areas.
• Identify opportunities for operational improvement, growth, and increased profitability, recommending new initiatives and investments.

• Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in the construction industry, with at least 5 years in a senior operational leadership role, preferably in concrete construction.
• Extensive background in managing complex commercial, industrial, or infrastructure concrete projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of concrete materials, processes, and construction methods.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams of project managers, superintendents, and field staff.
• Demonstrated success in creating a positive company culture focused on collaboration, accountability, and safety.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to drive long-term business growth and operational improvements.What's on OfferEmployment Package for the Vice President of Operations:
