Job Description:
A company is looking for a CRM Analyst to manage and optimize
customer relationship management systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Leverage analytical skills to provide actionable insights from CRM
data
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement process
improvements
Serve as a CRM subject matter expert and mentor junior team
members
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience with CRM configuration and management
Experience with Agile and SCRUM methodologies
Proficiency in using Jira/Confluence for documentation
Familiarity with SugarCRM or similar CRM platforms (e.g.,
Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics)
