Job Duties and Responsibilities
We are looking for a OSS Order Management Architect to implement
end to end software solutions to serve both internal and external
customers. - The position entails working on an agile development
team within our Order Management (COM/SOM) team to develop Java
based projects in a cloud-native environment. You will interface
with other teams within the organization to develop complete
systems to better our customers' experiences. -Key
Responsibilities:Own the technical vision, direction, development,
and delivery of Service & Product Assurance domain within the end
to end IT architectureEnsures the domain delivers the business
functionality required by becoming the subject matter expert via
hands on working experiencing within the domainDevelop and evolve
the assurance domain strategy that aligns with the end to end
architecture and business objectivesContinuous evaluation and
recommendations of vendor solutions, technology capabilities, and
industry trendsDaily functional architecture duties such as
analysis, design, functional requirements, and integration
activities for assurance domainPrimary business liaison to the user
groups that will be utilizing and/or maintaining the domain in
production environmentInfluence, coach, and educate project teams,
other teams, vendors, and business partners on the purpose,
business functionality, and platform interactions/dependencies of
the domain(s) supportedOwn key relationships both up and downstream
of the domain to ensure alignment of domain purpose, requirements,
and business functionality it needs to supportProvide domain level
expertise and direction to Project Managers, Business Liaisons,
System Analysts, other Architects and DevelopersEngage across
project teams, vendors and other stakeholders to ensure business
projects and enabling technology are delivered in line with the
domain supportedCommunicate technical decisions to non-technical
audiences and build consensus around themParticipate in
conversations with various teams to brainstorm for new ideas and
ways to improve domain capabilities and development deliveryDrive
automation at all stages of software development, release,
operations, and maintenance
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:Have 5+ years of hands on experience
developing and/or supporting telecommunication OSS platforms
(wireless experience a plus)Experience in integrating OSS platforms
from various vendors and across the end to end architecture -Skills
and Qualifications:Knowledge of telecommunication industry best
practices within the OSS domain and across the end to end
architectureKnowledge of industry standard API's and interface
specifications (TMF and others)
Salary Ranges
Compensation: $110,100.00/Year - $157,300.00/Year

total compensation will vary based on factors such as
