Configuration.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate a business analyst team and provide guidance to newer
members
Serve as a bridge between clients, project managers, and technical
staff to define and document business requirements
Analyze and recommend improvements to business processes to support
technology goals
Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience in a Business Analyst position, with 3+
years in Medicaid and Medicare preferred
Knowledge of QNXT configuration and batch processing
Advanced proficiency in analytical software such as Microsoft Excel
and SQL
Experience with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
