Senior Instructional Designer

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior Instructional Designer.

Key Responsibilities

Create eLearning courses for user/advertiser support teams
Partner with subject matter experts to audit content and assess learning needs
Manage content within the learning management system (LMS)

Required Qualifications

Experience with Articulate 360, eLearning, and Figma
Extensive experience in designing and writing eLearning modules on technical topics
Understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Illustrator or equivalent
Experience managing an LMS as an admin or content manager is preferred
