Job Description:
A company is looking for a Support Lead to manage the domestic
support team and resolve customer issues.
Key Responsibilities
Train and mentor front line customer service representatives
Assist in account management and supplier configuration
Triage and resolve payment-related issues and operational
problems
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work
experience
3-5 years of experience in a customer support role, preferably in
tech or e-commerce
Strong understanding of payment processing and account
management
Familiarity with file-based and API integrations
Proficiency with customer support software and tools
