Workers Compensation Claims Specialist

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Customer Operations (Workers Compensation Claims) specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Make high-volume outbound calls to investigate and resolve workers' compensation claims
Submit bills and documentation to insurance companies to maximize payments
Contribute to team efforts through denial reports, audits, and support

Required Qualifications and Training

Desire to grow a career in claims management
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Technical proficiency to work on multiple computer screens and software applications
Ability to maintain strong performance in a fast-paced environment
Experience with Coordination of Benefits and insurance billing is a plus
