Job Description:
A company is looking for a Critical Response Associate to
contribute to the safety and stability of its platform.
Key Responsibilities
Resolve issues related to user misconduct through timely
responses
Conduct detailed investigations to categorize and action
misconduct
Review data to identify patterns indicating areas of concern
Required Qualifications
1-2+ years of experience in Investigations, Customer Support, or
Hospitality
Understanding of the gig economy and its unique challenges
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
Basic knowledge of SQL is an advantage, but not required
