Job Description:
A company is looking for a Specialist, Credit Risk -
Seasoning.
Key Responsibilities:
Review daily GNMA Pooling and approval reports to ensure seasoning
requirements are met
Research documentation to verify that seasoning requirements are
satisfied
Complete quality control of validation reviewers' work and report
findings to management
Required Qualifications:
Zero to two years of related work experience
Knowledge of mortgage documents
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to use a calculator and Microsoft Excel for basic
mathematical functions
Ability to read and interpret loan file documentation and legal
documents
