• Excellent customer service and attentiveness is a top priority
• Respond to emergency and unusual occurrence
• Exercise independent judgement and sound decision making in performing all duties
• Candidates will be exposed to aggressive/hostile individuals on a daily/weekly basis - must be able to keep calm under pressureYour background:
  • You have a high school education or equivalent (GED)
  • You're able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Demonstrate a stable work history
  • At least 1 year of security experience
  • Security experience in medical field preferred but not required
  • Ability to engage with high-risk patients in a residential setting
  • Ability to show compassion and empathy
  • Strong personality preferred
  • Strong communication and reporting skills
  • Ability to conduct foot patrols during inclement weather conditions
