Job Description:
A company is looking for a Contracts Representative to support
contract management activities within the National Security
Sector.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and evaluate proposals, monitor contracts, and assist in
negotiations
Participate in the review and analysis of Requests for Proposal
(RFPs) to identify and mitigate contract risks
Review and negotiate legal agreements such as Teaming Agreements
and Non-Disclosure Agreements
Required Qualifications
BA degree with 2-4 years of relevant experience, or Master's/Juris
Doctor degree with 2 years of relevant experience
Knowledge of various contract types, including T&M, FFP, and
Cost Plus
Experience with Teaming Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, and
Federal Acquisition Regulations
Ability to work independently with limited supervision
Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible for a SCI Clearance or possess
a Final TS/SCI Clearance
