Job Description:
A company is looking for an ASC Coder to provide accurate and
compliant coding for multi-specialty cases.
Key Responsibilities
Perform CPT and ICD-10 diagnosis coding for 1800-2200 cases per
month
Field client questions by researching authoritative sources and
providing accurate answers
Stay current on coding updates and maintain organizational coding
certification
Required Qualifications
Coding Certification from AAPC or AHIMA (e.g., CPC, COC, CASSC,
CCS)
General Excel knowledge
Minimum of 3 years of coding experience for an ASC
Completion of AAPC PractiCode course may substitute for 1 year of
coding experience
High School Diploma/GED required
