A company is looking for a Customer Service Advocate III to provide complex customer support and claims processing.



Key Responsibilities

Respond to complex customer inquiries through various channels
Initiate corrective actions and coordinate with other departments to resolve issues
Assist in training new employees and recommend process improvements


Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent
2 years of customer service or claims processing experience, or a Bachelor's Degree in lieu of work experience
Ability to handle confidential or sensitive information with discretion
Basic business math proficiency
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
