Multi-doctor dental practice seeking experienced Front Office team member. Responsibilities:
--- Review patient treatment plans and educate patients on recommended procedures and associated costs.
--- Coordinate appointments and follow-ups for dental treatments ensuring efficient and timely care.
--- Manage patient records accurately and confidentially in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
--- Collaborate with insurance companies to verify coverage and process claims for patients.
--- Assist in creating a welcoming and supportive environment for patients to ensure a positive dental experience.

Qualifications:
--- 2+ years of experience in dental office administration.
--- Strong knowledge of dental terminology and procedures.
--- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
--- Proficiency in managing patient scheduling and insurance claims.
--- Great administrative organizational skills.
