Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN)Job Summary:Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes. • Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, following their individualized care plans and physicians' orders.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments, develop and implement care plans, and coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed, and document all care activities and patient responses.
• Collaborate with patients and their families to educate them on disease management, self-care techniques, and prevention strategies.Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Diploma, Associate, or Baccalaureate)
  • Current, unrestricted RN licensure in the state of practice
  • Current CPR certification
  • Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessments, documentation, and compliance with nursing care policies and proceduresPreferred Qualifications:
    • Recent experience as a licensed nurse in a clinical care setting
    • Home health experience
