Aveanna Healthcare LPN Job DescriptionWe are seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide skilled nursing care to patients in the home setting.Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with physician orders and developed care plans.
• Conduct continuous patient assessments and coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team.
• Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies as ordered by physicians.
• Educate patients and families on disease management, self-care techniques, and prevention strategies.
• Document all patient interactions, assessments, and care provided in a timely and accurate manner.Requirements:
  • Current, unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessments, documentation, and compliance with nursing care and policies.Preferred Qualifications:
    • Six months of recent experience as a Licensed Nurse in a clinical care setting.
    • Home health experience.Aveanna Healthcare Benefits:
      • Competitive hourly rate: $27-30.
      • Sign-on bonuses: $3,500 for full-time night shifts, $2,500 for full-time day shifts, and $500 for per diem shifts.
