You'll work closely with a team of physicians, nurses, CNAs, and aides to deliver exceptional patient care, taking patient vitals, performing assessments, documenting progress, and reporting changes to providers.Our LPNs also have the flexibility to choose their own shifts, with 8 and 12 hour options available.     • Graduate of an accredited nursing program and an active LPN license in Colorado.
    • CPR certification (demonstration course required).
    • For LPN: 6 months of work experience as an LPN or CNA.
    • Valid TB screening.
    • COVID-19 vaccination card.
    • Proof of flu vaccination, during Flu season in the months of October-March.
    • Knowledge of state and federal healthcare laws and regulations.
