Job Description:
Soar Autism Center seeks a Behavioral Health Technician in
Denver, Colorado. This role is pivotal in our mission-driven care
model, empowering children with autism through play-based Applied
Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy. The ideal candidate will provide
one-on-one ABA therapy, implement intervention plans, and foster
relationships with families. Key qualifications include RBT
certification, experience working with children, and reliable

* Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 2-6 in our
clinic, adhering to the profession's high standards
* Implement intervention plans crafted by our expert BCBAs,
ensuring alignment with Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy
principles
* Foster relationships with families, consistently updating them on
their child's progress within the ABA framework
* Engage in ongoing training and development, keeping up-to-date
with advancements in ABA therapy and RBT certification
* Strong preference for either enrollment in or completion of a
degree program. Bonus for degrees in Child Development, Psychology,
or related fields
* Ability to achieve and maintain RBT certification (Soar will
provide paid training)
* Previous experience with children and enjoyment working with
children
* Must have reliable transportation to both training location and
local center. Punctuality is essential
* Must be able to meet the following physical requirements: sit and
stand frequently, shift positions quickly, lift up to 50 lbs.,
sit/kneel on the floor for extended periods of time, sit in a
chair, stand, walk, and occasionally run short distances to catch
up with a client
* Computer and tablet literacy
* Ability to work on a team
