Job Description:

Assess psychiatric patients in consultation with emergency department personnel, providing recommendations for disposition. Operates as an independently licensed behavioral health clinician.

• Assessment and intervention
• Develops and offers safe and clinically appropriate disposition recommendations
• Primary communication liaison
• Critical thinking and decision-makingMaintains competence with DSM diagnostic criteria and treatment planning, evidenced-based suicide risk assessments, and safety planning. Demonstrates clinical and ethical professionalism, conflict resolution, and critical thinking.Requirements:
  • Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
