Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop a team of designers across Ads, Trust/Safety,
and Growth teams
Advocate for design excellence, ensuring solutions meet customer
and product needs
Identify and drive strategic UX opportunities across products
through collaboration
Required Qualifications
5+ years of relevant product design experience in a tech or
product-driven company
Experience leading a group of designers
Strong understanding and appreciation of sports
Experience conducting user research and synthesizing findings
Ability to break down large problems into manageable tasks
