Job Description:
A company is looking for a Contact Center Account Manager to
lead the implementation of services and ensure client
satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure the success of services provided to internal teams and
clients
Negotiate between multiple teams to deliver agreed-upon
services
Identify and escalate issues related to program performance and
develop strategies for improvement
Required Qualifications
5-8 years of relevant industry experience
Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant industry certifications
Experience with Salesforce preferred
Ability to apply project management fundamentals
Thorough understanding of program designs, workflows, and
strategies
