do---Develop Tailored Solutions:Shape a visionary strategy for
integrating advanced analytics and customer insights into
personalized offers and benefits. Understand the nuances of
customer behavior and preferences to deliver finely tuned financial
solutions.Analyze diverse customer data streams to understand
individual and segment-specific needs.Craft targeted strategies
that align with unique customer lifecycles and anticipate their
financial desires.Enhance Customer Engagement:Spearhead initiatives
that refine how we interact with our customers, making every
communication a step towards an enriched, personalized customer
journey.Identify partnership opportunities and third-party
integrations that can enhance our value proposition.Utilize
sophisticated marketing, CRM, and personalization tools to automate
and optimize orchestrate communications to our customers across
different channels.Drive Strategic Partnerships:Identify, negotiate
and manage partnerships that enrich our value proposition with
exclusive, personalized benefits, enhancing customer loyalty and
satisfaction.Leverage insights from partnerships to continuously
adapt and evolve our offer strategy to meet changing customer
expectations.Collaborate and Execute:Work closely with engineering,
design, and marketing teams to bring your vision to life, ensuring
that our offers and benefits not only attract new customers but
also engage and retain existing ones.Partner with IT and data
analytics teams to harness technology and insights that drive
decision-making.Lead and Influence:Regularly present product plans
and performance to executive stakeholders at Ford Credit, managing
expectations and aligning with the company's strategic goals.Report
state out to and manage concerns of executive Ford
stakeholdersYou'll have...Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
experience7+ years of experience as a product manager, with a
proven track record of developing successful customer-centric or
personalization products, ideally within the financial services or
automotive financing sectors.Strong analytical and leadership
skills with a knack for influencing cross-functional teams and
driving alignment on product vision and execution.Background in
marketing automation suites, especially SalesForce suite.Passion
for understanding and fulfilling customer needs.Even better, you
may have---Bachelor's degree in computer science
preferredExperience in managing products that involve complex
ecosystems and partnerships.Demonstrated ability to work
effectively in large, complex, and highly matrixed
